Custom design, programme, manufacture and trial run prototype injection, blow vaccum and thermo-forming moulds. Design, develop and manufacture tools, dies, jigs, fixtures & gagues.
+Troubleshoot, dismantle, repair and recondition injection and blow moulds. Repair and recondition rotating equipments such as Gearboxes, Pumps, Motors and Valve Units.
+Undertake CNC and Conventional machining jobs in mass production. Toolroom unit is equipped with CNC, VMC, Conventional, E.D.M, Wire cutting, milling, surface & cylindrical grinding machines.
+Manufacture spur, worm, helical, spiral bevel, herringbone gears, racks and pinions with furnace heat treatment. Manufracture Engineering components such as shafts, flanges, couplings, valves etc.
